You must have already made your one-time online entry (closing date 31 December) before you submit your monthly videos.

Copy your video links into the form on this page:

1. You can upload up to 10 obstacle videos which can be shot in either portrait or landscape.
2. Each video should be titled on YouTube with your name, your horses name (as submitted on your entry) and the month of your submission (Decembre, January, or February). Each can then be suffixed as required and "obstacle 1", "obstacle 2", etc.
3. You can stitch all your obstacles together into a single video or, you can submit a short video of each individual obstacle.
4. You do not need to ride and record all of your obstacles in a single take on a single day. You can record each of your obstacles individually across as many days as you like. Pick the best take of each obstacle and upload them posting only the links to the best ones.

Video upload dates:

• For December's obstacles - 11 January 2026
• For January's obstacles - 1 February 2026
• For February's obstacles - 1 March 2026

STEPS for uploading:

1. Create a free YouTube Studio account YouTube Studio
2. Once logged in to your channel follow the below steps for adding your video and setting the visibility to "unlisted".
